Employee Reset Password

Do you have an employee that has forgotten or misplaced their Rental Essentials password? It’s very simple to reset their password. 
 
You can reset their password for them by going to Admin and choosing Employees from under People. From here, click the edit icon next to the employee’s name. To your right, you will see a Reset Password button in which you will click to reset the employee’s password. Complete and confirm their new password. Checking the Notify Employee box will send the employee an email with their new password. Don’t forget to click Reset Password.
 
 
 
 
The employee has the ability to change their own password, too. They will click the Forgot Password link on the Log In window and enter their username
 
 

Once their username is entered, they will click Request Password Reset and receive an email with a link to reset their password.
