Customer Reset Password

Do you have a customer who has forgotten or misplaced their Rental Essentials password? It’s very simple to reset their password. 
 
They can click the Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the instructions in our Forgot Password help document. 

An admin can also reset their password for them by going to Admin 
 and choosing Customers from under People. From here, click the edit icon next to the customer's name. To your right, you will see a Reset Password button in which you will click to reset the customer's password. Complete and confirm their new password. Checking the Notify Customer box will sent the customer an email notifying them what their new password is along with their current username.  Don't forget to click Reset Password.
