Customer Reset Password

Do you have a customer who has forgotten or misplaced their Rental Essentials password? It’s very simple to reset their password. 
 
You can reset their password for them by going to Admin  and choosing Customers from under People. From here, click the edit icon next to the customer's name. To your right, you will see a Reset Password button in which you will click to reset the customer's password. Complete and confirm their new password.
 
 

Checking the Notify Customer box will send the employee an email with their new password. Don’t forget to click Reset Password
 
Your customer has the ability to change their own password, too. They will click the Forgot Password link on the Log In window and enter their username
 
 
 
Once their username is entered, they will click Request Password Reset and receive an email with a link to reset their password.
