Cancel Account

To cancel your account, you want to log into your Essentials account by Clicking Here and entering the username and password you created when you first signed up for your free trial. If you have forgotten this information, please click the Forgot Password link on the sign in page.

Once signed in, click on the gear in the upper right corner of the window and choose Manage My Account.


 
From here, you want to click Cancel My Account under the Payment Details section.  You have now canceled your account.  Please note, you can still access your Essentials account until the last day of your billing cycle.  This date will show on this same screen under Package Details once you've canceled your account.
